Press molded products are at the core of the Trimat friction range and an integral part of our manufacturing facility is dedicated to their production.
We have a range of compression moulding presses each with different features and capacity, enabling us to efficiently manufacture a variety of different products and batch sizes simultaneously.
Our product range includes organic and semi metallic materials, which are available as fully composite brake and clutch components or can alternatively be supplied integrally molded onto carrier plates.
Our technical team offer design, development and manufacture of press tooling to suit our customer’s individual parts, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.
As with all Trimat materials, high quality is essential and our fully calibrated platens and controls provide quality assurance, while mechanical and chemical testing is conducted on every batch.
